There are a number of ordering and payment options when purchasing products on the SoftWorks Educational Software website. We would prefer that you feel comfortable with the method that you choose and have this reason included a number of options to ensure that all shoppers are comfortable and happy with the method chosen.

Online Order with Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Direct Deposit

1. Process your order on the website by selecting the required products and quantity
2. Continue Shopping if adding more products
3. Checkout when finished shopping
4. Either fill in your username and password if you have registered on the website before OR scroll down and fill in your Billing Information.
5. Select a Shipping Address - either the same as Billing Address or fill in a new one.
6. Next select a Shipping Method - To Post Office Counter, To Your Door or Collect from us at 180 Boom Street, Pietermaritzburg.
7. Select the EFT/Direct Deposit option.
8. Enter any notes about the order and press Confirm Order

10. We will ship your order once payment has been made and is cleared.

Online Order with Credit Card Payment (Visa or MasterCard)

1. Process your order on the website by selecting the required products and quantity
2. Continue Shopping if adding more products
3. Checkout when finished shopping
4. Either fill in your username and password if you have registered on the website before OR scroll down and fill in your Billing Information.
5. Select a Shipping Address - either the same as Billing Address or fill in a new one.
6. Next select a Shipping Method - To Post Office Counter, To Your Door or Collect from us at 180 Boom Street, Pietermaritzburg.
7. Select the Credit Card option.
8. Enter any notes about the order and press Confirm Order.
9. You will now be taken to the SetCom website for the credit card to be processed. Please ensure you follow the instructions carefully and enter all the credit card details correctly.

Telephonic Order

2. We will process the order for you and then call you with the amount due.
3. You can then make the payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Direct Deposit or Credit Card.
4. 5. For the Credit Card option we will require your credit card details which we will then process for you.
